STU WEBSTER ATTORNEY AT LAW

Kiwi lawyer turned California attorney.  Sounds like the makings of a tv script if you throw in some ambiguous story lines, interesting twists or maybe a car chase through the canyons of the Hollywood Hills.

After 24 years as a partner in a firm in New Zealand, I decided to flip my script and re-write what would have become a boring passage into retirement. I can’t play golf, which apparently is unusual for a lawyer.

So I sat the Bar exam in California and started my own practice.

I’m an experienced attorney in the area of employment law, commercial litigation, business strategy, immigration, contract enforcement and dispute resolution including working as a professional mediator and arbitrator.
