A different way.

Kiwi lawyer turned California attorney.  Sounds like the makings of a tv script if you throw in some ambiguous story lines, interesting twists and maybe a car chase through the Hollywood Hills.

After 24 years as a partner in a firm in New Zealand, I decided to flip the script and re-write what would have become a boring passage into retirement. I can’t play golf, which apparently is unusual for a lawyer.

As a dual qualified attorney in New Zealand and the United States, I offer clients a unique perspective when it comes to cross-jurisdictional business law, litigation, employment and alternative dispute resolution. There’s no-one else in this space.

We Offer

Mediation &
Arbitration

Alternative dispute resolution provides fast, efficient and confidential results to seemingly irresolvable and costly problems. With over 20 years experience in the law, 8 years in sole practice in California, and over 350 employment, consumer and business-related mediations, I have  acquired the experience through diversity to resolve complex cases by using mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation

Business Law &
Litigation

I'm privileged to work for smart, successful entrepreneurs from both sides of the Pacific, using my platform to assist Kiwi's with legal issues like immigration, employment, civil litigation including appeals and corporate contracts in both the US and NZ.
